A £10 non-refundable deposit is taken from all bookings to confirm your slot, this contributes to the final set price. All payments are made in cash.

To reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hrs prior to your appointment. Cancellations of appointments do not receive their deposits back. If late 30 minutes, appointment will be cancelled.

A patch test can be requested must be done at least 24 hrs before the appointment and is done at El Lashes location. Patch test is optional and free of charge.

Infills require to be at least 45-50% lashes still remaining otherwise it will be regarded as a full set. Infills should be done on average every 3 weeks.
